Para decir 'you're so sweet!' en español, ¿Puedes usar 'eres tan dulce!' ?? Thank you in advance!

You can also say:

Eres tan (muy) tierna/tierno

Now that I've looked into it a little more, it looks like you can use it, but it's not a very common expression. Like Rodney said "tierno" is more common. Here is a thread that might be of help: link
