Make out or hook up in Spanish?

We all know spanish-english dictionaries are lacking in slang, and I'm currently studying abroad in Spain and am constantly around teenagers. Thank you!

Ligar means to hook up, in the sense of to pick up someone, and if I'm not mistaken, in some contexts it can also mean to have sex or make out. I think it's meaning changes depending on the country/region.

Fajar, in Mexican Spanish, means to make out. Necking or heavy petting, but no sex.

"Ligar" (in Mexico) is when somebody is courting another person. This word is used in a colloquial way.

Actually, I don't know any Spanish teenagers so I look forward to the answers!
