Espero tus noticias.

Un beso.

I have a few questions as below:

1..What does it mean "haberte escrito"??

2..Puesto que here ,can I use porque instead of puesto que here?

3..cuando termine el curso, here termine is subjuntivo , right? But why vienes not subjuntivo? Why not use vengas instead of vienes?

por no haberte escrito

for not having written you

Puesto que here ,can I use porque instead of puesto que here?

Yes

cuando termine el curso, here termine is subjuntivo , right? But why vienes not subjuntivo? Why not use vengas instead of vienes?

Yes, it´s subjunctive because this action has not yet happened. "Vienes" is being used as the future "vendrás", which is something very common. It should not be subjunctive because it is a definite proposal.

So here, I can use vendrás instead of vienes? Is also correct?

Yes you can, but a more natural way to say this would be: "cuando se termine el curso ¿qué tal si vienes a Pekín y después hacemos un viaje..............?"
