Tienes huevos

You probably should not say tienes huevos in a restaurant. It could mean "Do you have any balls!" (although in a restaurant they will understand it's not the other meaning)

just "huevos" el mecero dice Sí

Me gusta a comer huevos revueltos, huevos poco cocido, huevos fritos, huevos fritos vuelta y vuelta con la yema blanda, y huevos rancheros (huevos con tomates, cebollas, pimientes verdes y chilis) deberías tratar rancheros

I like to eat scambled eggs, soft boiled eggs, sunny side up eggs, eggs over easy, ranch style eggs with tomatoes, onions, green pepper and chili. You should try rancheros

"Blanquillos" is the word i would use instead of juevos on the intitial conversation. But thats just me

I think there´s an easier way to avoid that unlikely confusion, as I don´t think any Spanish speakers I´ve ever met would likely lead with tienes anyway, instead opting simply for, ¨hay¨

The word i use when eating out is "tienen" because i am asking if the eatery offers an item not the waiter/ess . i may be wrong but thats how i would ask
