Musical can be found in the SD dictionary.

Whether or not to use "número" is a little tougher. I found this from www.wordreference.com

number n (theatre: performance part) canción número nm
The female vocalist is in the third number of the musical.
La vocalista está en el tercer número del musical.

The meaning is correct, but the use is limited with this explanation. The word "número" can be used to refer an act of a show, any kind of show. Not only musical. - -cae-, Feb 27, 2013
This means something like the third part of the show, when the show is a musical. I think that it slightly different to what Mstivers is asking. - -cae-, Feb 27, 2013
