Sure, I could just say. Ella puede hacerla bien, but is there a better or standard way to say

Someone is good at something.

He is good at math.

She is good at science

They are good at languages

Etc etc.

Él es hábil en matemáticas.

A ella se le dan bien los deportes.

A él le va bien en lengua.

They're interchangable, you can say: A ella le va bien en historia, A él se le da bien literatura, Ella es hábil en química, etc. - aileribel, Feb 27, 2013

I'd been wondering that for a long time, too, and then I finally heard it used by someone! The example I heard was "No soy bueno para los deportes." So, your other examples would be

--él es bueno para las matemáticas.

--Ella es buena para las ciencias naturales.

--Ellos son buenos para los idiomas.

In certain cases we also say, ie: "tiene un don para hacerle feliz a la gente".
