Who is she and what is her background and profile. Just curious as I like her lessons!

I think I prefer native speakers to get the genuine accent, but as far as presentation skills, organizing lesson plans, and subject knowledge she would be hard to beat. Teaching is not just speaking a few lines. There is a lot of organizing and preparation and it takes a certain knack to know HOW to say something to make it accessible. She does all of that.

Part of the organizing is sequencing of the material, and knowing how to segue from one angle to the next. Nobody can write lesson plans and not know this, but those who never tried think it is easy. The reason it looks easy is because she did such a great job. Right, doesn't it look easy to swing a golf club too?
