How can i distinguish between being in love and being in lust in spanish?

Question

How can i explain the difference between being IN LOVE versus simply loving someone because they are a good person in spanish?

i want to say these exact words:

"Maybe it's not possible to be IN LOVE with someone after 3 days but i think it is possible to love them.... remember that i'm crazy though, so i still think i'm IN LOVE"

it's an inside joke i have with someone so i would like it to have a funny tone to it.

Quizás no sea posible enamorase locamente de alguién después de sólo tres días, pero creo que sería posible amarle. Ten en cuenta que estoy loco y por eso, a mí, me parece que estoy enamorado.

For to fall in love the most common translation is : enamorarse de. Whilst learning that one, you'll have time to find out if you love , or just fancy the object of your desire, I hope..

For love you can use "te quiero (something-someone)" or "te amo" besides for being IN LOVE you can use lujuriar or codiciar. But the important thing is tonation in spanish you can make you feel to other person with just simple sentences, as well
