I want to say "I still don't speak or write the language very well". Which of the following is correct:
Todovía no hablo or escribo muy bien el idioma. Todovía no hablo or escribo el idioma muy bien.

Whichever is fine. Spanish is a little more flexible than English in some ways. It is "todavía" though, not todovía. And you put an English "or" in both sentences, but the placement itself of the "muy bien" doesn't matter in the options you gave us.
