It might be helpful to translate these words and phrases into English first. The Spanishdict.com dictionary is very helpful.
¿? / no / to study / you (informal) / in the library / today / because
Does the Spanish sentence begin with the regular question mark or the upside down one?
As Afowen suggested please post your attempt for the first one and we will be happy to make further suggestions.
You are not asking for help, you are asking for someone to do it for you. Many here are more than willing to help but few are disposed to doing people's homework!

Good stuff.
Basically, here, you need to show that you are trying - lots of people simply copy and paste their homework in the forum, wanting others to do it for them. That doesn't wash here!
The exercise that you have is one of verb conjugation. You need to order the words into a sentence and most imortantly, conjugate the verb so that it makes sense.
2.¿Cuándo nosotros miramos un documental? - anapples 37 mins ago flag
3.¿Dónde compra estudiantes los libros de textos? - anapples 37 mins ago flag Are these alright i did what the perosn who commented first said to do - anapples 36 mins ago flag
1¿Por qué tú no estudiar hoy en la biblioteca? - anapples 32 mins ago flag
2 - NIce work - the sentence makes sense. The only thing you need to note in Spanish is that you don't need to use the pronoun (I, we, you, us etc.) unless you really want to stress it. In this case you don't need to include the word nosotros as 'miramos' is conjugated such that nosotros is explicit.
3 - In this case you've conjugated the verb comprar (to buy) in the 2nd person formal/3rd person singular (i.e. for el, ella, usted). You need to conjugate it for 'los estudiantes', this is 3rd person plural. You can use the conjugation tool here to find the correct conjugation. Also you need to say los estudiantes.
1 - In this one the sentence order is correct but you've not conjugated the verb. Type 'estudiar' into the conjugation tool and you can see how it conjugates for tú.
¿? / no / estudiar / tú / en la biblioteca / hoy / por qué ¿Por qué no estudias tú en la biblioteca hoy?
¿? / cuándo / mirar / nosotros / un documental ¿Cuándo nosotros miramos un documental?
¿? / dónde / comprar / los libros de texto / los estudiantes ¿Dónde compran los estudiantes los libros de texto?
