That's commonly referred to as a "China Cabinet", no matter what you keep in there - PeterRS, Feb 18, 2013
I don't even know and I'm a native speaker! I've never had one of these in my house, though...not having read these answers, I would have just called it a cabinet. Who knew? - PumpkinCalabaza, Feb 18, 2013
Even better, the thing on the right behind the table is a "low sideboy!" - PeterRS, Feb 18, 2013

Display cabinet works, but if it is used to diplay and store dinnerware, it could be called a "china cabinet". The term "display cabinet" is more general, for general souvenirs, knicknacks, etc.

'glass cabinet' if it's only for the glassware
and
'showcase' if it is used as a 'display cabinet' for plates, bowls, silverware, etc.
