The trick is to remove the 'se' and conjugate the verb as usual to match whoever is doing the action.

Is the verb 'vestirse'? then remove the 'se', who is getting dressed? Yo? Then use 'visto'. Is it Pablo or él? then use 'vistes'.

But now you need to add the correct personal pronoun but instead of putting it back on the end where it was you bring it around to the front as a separate word. . Were you talking about yourself getting dressed? 'yo'? Then use 'me'. Me visto.

Was it Pablo or él then use se. Se viste. Was it us? Nosotros? the it will be nos vestimos, etc.

You might find this lesson helpful, here's an excerpt:

HOW TO EXPRESS REFLEXIVE ACTIONS

We often describe a reflexive action in English using reflexive pronouns such as 'myself', 'himself', 'herself', etc.

I see myself in the mirror. Reflexive action - the subject is the same as the object

Spanish uses reflexive pronouns for reflexive actions too:

me (myself)

te (yourself)

se (himself, herself, yourself)

nos (ourselves)

os (yourselves)

se (themselves, yourselves)

Eg: Paul gets (himself) dressed early every day.

Paul se viste (gets himself dressed) temprano todos los días ...

Conjugating a reflexive verb is the same as conjugating a normal verb, and you add the reflexive pronoun matching the subject.

me - myself te - yourself se - yourself / himself / herself / itself nos - ourselves os - yourselves se - yourselves / themselves

So, take the verb "llamar" for example (to call):

(Yo) me llamo (Tú) te llamas (Ud./Él, Ella) se llama (Nosotros) nos llamamos (Vosotros) os llamáis (Uds./Ellos/Ellas) se llaman

There really isn't a "tú llamarse" or any of the others. The second person of "llamarse" is "llamas" combined with the appropriate pronoun.

Me llamas = you call me

Te llamas = you call yourself

Se llamas = you call him/her/them

Nos llamas = you call us.

There isn't a "conjugation" per se. The base verb uses its normal forms, and is combined with the appropriate pronoun (me, te, se, os, nos). This is why they are called pronominal verbs. They can be of several classes, depending on the particular use. "Relexive" is just one subset.
