wind >>enrollar o envolver o dar cuerda a o enterarse de algo o ventosear.

wring>>torcer o retorcer o escurrir o sacar por la fuerza

rise >>subir o elevarse o crecer o nacer o levantarse o ascender ( this is a summary!)

También...

Thrust --> propulsión, potencia (de un cohete)

Wind --> serpentear, el meandro (de un río/camino)

You can add thanks to Roget's thesuarus as well as Collins as well for reference.
