Help with editing my third Spanish essay

Hey guys, thanks so much for helping me proofread my first and second essays. I have written another short essay about my favourite city. Please help correct any grammatical, punctuation or sentence structure errors. Thank you very much.

Me encanta Londres. Es una de las más famosas ciudades modernas en el mundo. Situado en el sur del Reino Unido y lejos de Europa continental, es un lugar muy hermoso con un montón de cosas interesantes que hacer. Me gusta visitar los lugares de interés como el Museo Británico, la Galería Nacional de Arte y el Río Támesis. Hay muchas tiendas para comprar recuerdos porque es una ciudad muy turística. Visitando Londres se hace más agradable por su pueblo, que son simpáticos y amables.

Me encanta Londres. Es una de las ciudades más famosas y modernas del mundo. Situado en el sur del Reino Unido, es un lugar muy hermoso con mucho que hacer. Me gusta visitar los lugares de interés tales como el Museo Británico, la Galería Nacional de Arte y el Río Támesis. Hay muchas tiendas para comprar recuerdos porque es una ciudad muy turística. Visitando Londres se hace más agradable por su pueblo, que son simpáticos y amables.

How can I translate this?

I think you should have a go at trying to formulate that sentence in Spanish. You will learn a lot more by doing that and I'm sure the natives on this forum will corect any mistakes. :) - vengamujer, Feb 14, 2013
