How to play sound

When I click on a 'speaker' icon, I get a pop-up box but no sound.
Can anyone assist?

Make sure the mute box is not checked and that the slide volume control is high enough to allow sound (full up is loudest).

Just to check - are you on an Ipad or iphone?
