You are not conjugating the verbs into their proper tenses. For example, on number 5 here:

Entonces (So) yo (5) (desayunar / bailar) y (6) (buscar / mirar) televisión en la residencia estudiantil.

You need to conjugate the verbs "desayunar" and "mirar" to the first person "yo" form because you are talking about yourself.
