Hello, I was wondering exactly how this is said.

I am referring to appearance. for sentences like:

I look like (a girl!)

or

I look like (the undertaker!)

I see people using Me perezco and Perezco (not sure which to use) and it with ending with (al), (a) and (a el) right after it, and I'm not sure how I should use these.

If you could explain to me how these are used I'de be greatly apreciated!

Thanks a lot!

Parecerse is the verb. "Parecerse a algn" means "to resemble s.o."

Se parece a su hermana = She looks like her sister

Parezco is the first person singular of parecer.

Me parezco mucho a mi madre.

As a question: "a quien me parezco más? Mi padre o mi madre?"

so If I wanted to say I look like a girl in spanish I would say, "!Me parezco a muchacha!"? - Youtopia, Feb 13, 2013
Or would it be "!Me parezco a una muchacha!" what I don't understand is why "a" is there. - Youtopia, Feb 13, 2013
