Hay muchas opciones.

"I remember you fondly" es una traduccion mas directa.

Pero tambien, "I think of you fondly" se puede usar.

Although recordar does mean to remember, in this case I think the most appropriate translation is "I'm thinking of you...". And I agree with ATuring's translation of carìño as fondly.
