I don't undertand what this kind if sentance structure means. I've seen it a few times and would like to know the meaning.
En las semanas previas a Santa Semana, son muchos los que internacionalmente practican enfocarse en la naturaleza........
I understand the majority if this but..... I don't undertand the part where it is saying "son muchos los."
An explanation would be appreciated

It means 'they are many, those that/who'.
