El pobre hombre no tiene ninguna posibilidad frente a mí.
Es de diccionario. No estoy seguro si es lo que dicen los hispanohablantes. Quizás uno responderá.
Como sugiere diagonx : El pobre hombre no tiene ninguna posibilidad ante mí.

Lo que le cambiaría--en vez de corregir- es la palabra "frente"; para el contexto que dio quien pregunta es mejor la traducción literal de "against" a "contra", o también cabría decir "... ante mí" - diagonx, Feb 9, 2013

I'm not a native speaker but my instinct when I want to say something like that is to use a "ni" construction.
As in, "no tuvo ni una oportunidad"?
"He had not a chance." Sort of gives it the "didn't stand a chance" quality you're looking for.
"ni siquiera" would also work, but it's not quite as direct/colloquial.
