I found this website 1st Spanish by accident this morning. I think the verb drills (audio) would be really useful, especially for beginners. You can sign up to receive the RSS feed or get updates by email.

On reading your question, it seemed to me that "por equivocación" could mean that you had made a mistake. An alternative translation could be "por casualidad" - that luck or chance had played a role in the discovery. What do you think?
