You say that you are a beginner in English so you may well not live in the United States and perhaps the keyboard that you use is different than the one generally used in the US. There are couple of good options for those in the US and they may well work for you. Sinmeta mentioned one of them. Something that should work anyplace where the western or Roman alphabet is used is to hold down the alt key and hit 168 on the numberic keypad,

Here are the alt-number combinations for stressed vowels and punctuation:

alt-160 á

alt-130 é

alt-0201 É

alt-161 í

alt-164 ñ

alt-162 ó

alt-163 ú

alt-168 ¿

alt-173 ¡

On this site, it´s right at the bottom of the text input box. You just click on it.

You can also install the Spanish keyboard on your computer (it's probably already in there, you just have to activate it - if you're using a PC, go to Control Panel, click on Language Options, and you'll find it). On the Spanish keyboard, it's Shift+"+" (the plus sign at the top of the keyboard, not the one on the number pad).
