How do you say "You know what I mean"?

I'm trying to write the phrase "You know what I'm saying" or "You know what I mean" in Spanish, but I seem a bit lost...is it perhaps "Tú sabes que yo soy diciendo"?

Also, just to clarify: I'm writing the phrase as a response, if that helps a bit.

A polite way of asking someone if they understand what you just said is: ¿me explico?

Looks good, thanks. Short and efficient, and one I´d never have guessed. - rogspax, Feb 7, 2013
