How do you say that in spanish? For trucks and boats.

For boats: muelle de carga. For trucks in a warehouse or tienda you might try: la puerta de carga or la puerta de entrega.

El terminal de contenedores en el puerto comercial, donde se cargan los ferrys??

Sorry that I can't be more specific, but, if you google some of these you can probably deduct more than I can, it's not something I'm familiar with.
