Not sure what you want here. If you´re asking how to say, ¨would it bother you if he speaks Spanish¨, then maybe
¨Le molesta si habla español.¨
Or if you know them better and you´re asking if it´s OK for you to, then maybe
¨Te molesto si hablo español¨
Not sure my translation are what you´re looking for, or 100% correct to begin with, but maybe this will get the ball rolling.
