That would depend on what country you are in. If you are in the United States, I would have some thoughts on that but, watching them with English or Arabic subtitles (or closed caption) might not be the best answer.
Esto dependería en que país está en. Si está en los Estados Unidos, tendría algunos pensamientos en esto pero, mirándolos con subtítulos ingleses o árabes no podría ser la mejor respuesta.
