In this case, I would translate "it sounds like" as "parece" (it seems/it appears) or "me parece" ("it seems to me"). "Sense", meaning "common sense" or "good judgement" I would translate as "buen juicio" or "sensatez".

Here are a few options depending on what exactly you are looking for.

You appear to have sense (the quality/characteristic). = Pareces listo/astuto/inteligente/etc.

It seems to me that you are correct. = Me parece que tienes razón.

That makes sense to me. = Para mí tiene sentido.
