How would you say the phrase "one in ten people"

"Uno de cada diez personas" is a literal translation. This works for the common expressions such as "diez de cada diez usuarios de SpanishDict tienen preguntas sobre la gramática."

Okay, so my example is kind of a joke, so I will give you a more straightforward one: "una de cada diez personas es artista." (This is a made up statistic.)
