Game: What would you do?

Question

En este juego nos vamos a presentar unos a otros una situación o un problema que la siguiente persona tiene que resolver en la manera que ésta lo haría en la vida real. Entonces, despues de resolver el problema, esta persona tiene que poner otra situación para que la siguiente persona la resuelva. Que cada persona haga su respuesta en inglés y en español. Es un poco difícil describirlo ahorita con esta explicación, por eso creo que unos ejemplos servirán de ayuda:

Ejemplo: Persona #1: Te han dicho que tienes que mudarte a otra ciudad donde tendrás que vivir en un apartamento que no permite las mascotas. ¿Qué harás pues ya tienes un perro viejo y enfermizo?

Persona #2: Trataría de encontrar a una persona que quisiera quedarse con mi perro porque nunca jamás sacrificaría a mi perro sin importar lo enfermo que estuviera.

Primera Situación para resolver:

¡Felicitaciones! ¡Has ganado en la lotería....un millón de dólares! Sin embargo, para recibir este premio, tienes que rendir una cosa de suma importancia en tu vida que no se pueda comprar. ¿Cuál rendirías?

In this game we're going to present to each other a situation or problem that the next person has to solve in the way they'd do it in real life. Then, after solving the problem, this person has to make up another situation so the next person after them can solve it. Each person should answer in English and Spanish. It's a bit hard to describe it right now with this explanation, so I think a few examples would help:

Person#1: You've been told that you have to move to another city where you'd have to live in an apartment that doesn't allow pets. What would you do since you already have an old and sickly dog?

Person#2: I'd try to find another person who'd want to keep my dog because I'd never put him down no matter how sick he was.

First Situation to Solve:

Congratulations! You've won the lottery...for a million dollars! However, in order to receive this prize, you have to give up one thing of utmost importance in your life, something that can't be bought. Which would you give up?

Creo que me gustaría una cara más joven y no me importaría desmasiado si los dedos de los pies se arrugaran.

I think I would like a younger face and that I could survive if my toes would become more wrinkled.

New problem: If you had to give up your car or a body-part, which would you choose to give up?

I would have to give up my computer because it would be possible to buy a new computer. Keep the money!

I´d give up Scotch. Besides, it´s not particularly healthy for me anyway.

New problem: Would you surrender five years off of your life for five million dollars?

Esta pregunta es difícil porque quiero vivir mi vida ayudando a los demás, y si no tuviera esos cinco años, no tendría esos cinco años de oportunidades. Sin embargo, podría donar el dinero también....por eso creo que rendiría los cinco años para aceptar el dinero.

This question is hard since I want to live my life helping others and if I didn't have those five years, I wouldn't have those five years of opportunities. However, I could donate the money too...so I think I would give up five years and accept the money.

Nueva situación:

Tienes que escoger entre dos opciones para tu trabajo: la primera es trabajar durante 20 años en un trabajo que es muy tedioso y aburrido y que no te gusta nada, pero después de estos 20 años podrás jubilarte temprano. La segunda opción es un trabajo divertido que te gusta mucho, pero nunca te jubilarás. ¿Cuál escogerías?

New Situation:

You have to choose between two options for your work: the first is to work for 20 years in a job that is really tedious and boring that you don't like at all, but after these 20 years you'll be able to retire early. The second option is a fun job that you like a lot, but you'd never retire. Which would you choose?
