What´s the difference between "graft and grafting"? According to the dictionary, it says they are both nouns, but also graft can work as a verb. So when I have to use them as nouns, which of them should I use? Thanks for answering.

A Graft is just the simple noun name, such as a skin graft (medical term for where the skin is replaced or repaired)

Grafting can be a noun, meaning the act of ´graft´ ( just as correr, can be the infinitive verb of run, or can mean the noun ´act of running´ or a present participle. ¨we are running right now¨ (estamos corriendo ahora mismo)

It can also be a type of fiscal stealing (name of criminal activity)
