'Leave it'. -Dejadlo vs dejalo Please can anybody tell me whether these are the same? If they're not the same, when would you use one vs the other. Thanks

These are two commands expressed in the imperative mode.

Dejadlo means (You all, leave it alone or leave him alone)

Déjalo means (You singular, leave it alone or leave him alone)

Both forms of "you" in your examples are informal. (The first example uses vosotros and the second uses tú).

Alternate forms include using:

Usted (singular formal you) would be Déjelo.

Ustedes (plural formal you) would be Déjenlo.
