I am stuck on a sentence with está in it. Es la una de la tarde y el restaurante español está lleno. My book says estar is to be used for Location,Health,Changing Mood or Condition,Or Personal opinion in terms of taste or appearance.Which one is being used in this sentence?? Thank You.

I would say transitory condition, it's full, one hour ago it could have been empty.
