Time speaking Spanish is the only way to become fluent in speaking. This site helps with correct grammar and increasing or building vocabulary, which are necessary for fluency.

To speak fluently you need either immersion or many years of study and practice. Both if you can is even better.
This site will help you to get started and improve your skills.
If you do all the lessons, you should have an understanding of the basics of having a conversation in Spanish. These 'building blocks' are very important. The explanations and support materials are easy to understand.
But, actually talking with people is where you will find fluency.
The website supplies the fundamentals and resources, both machine and human, for explaining things. The only thing that will make you fluent is years of practice. This is very much one of those "you get out of it, what you put into it" things.
This place is darn good start. I'd look for local opportunities to practice too.
Good luck.

I have been doing SpanishDict for about a week now and it is an excellent resource. Great videos/lessons and interaction in the community. Best thing is that they make it fun to learn. Best resource I have found yet and it is free!
Just reading the grammar lessons and taking the practice quizzes has improved my listening and speaking skills quite dramatically! I visit the forums and repeat quizzes often; learning Spanish or any language is a constant process.
