Still confused using "que"
I could handle up to 546 days of soft confinement (catch up on all those books I own and which I have always intended to read) but not four to five years.

ponerme al día ...... to get up to date / to get caught up
"Ni" means "nor" in this sentence. "But not four nor five years."
"Días" - I'm not sure I understand your question, since that word is obviously in the sentence to mean "days", as in "546 days".
