Listening skills

Question

Are you the type of person who, when learning a foreign language, aims to dominate the three main skills: writing, speaking, and listening? Well, in my experience I would say do it! I usually try to improve my listening skills by listening to the news from an English-speaking radio station. If you find it hard to understand Spanish, so why don´t you start from the easiest? Some Spanish learners have told me that the Peruvian accent is easy to understand since it is clear and pronounced all vowels and consonants, unlike the accent in other countries that often are ignored some consonants or are pronounced differently, which makes the understanding of many words difficult.
