For an Android 4.1 (or 4.2) phone, or any other phone without Adobe Flash support, you will have troubles. If you google around, you can find various work-arounds to install flash.
For Android 4.1, the easiest method is to install a new, non-google browser with flash support. I think you´d have good luck with probably FireFox or Dolphin.
Note, all that is assuming you´re trying to view the full-site on a browser. You´ll want that for flashcard use.
