What I hate about School Spanish...
What I hate about School Spanish... I hate how there are the mid terms and final exams...they are so frustrating...-___- anyone know how to help ease the frustration fast? and help to review the so many different tenses and irregular conjugations? or is it all memorization?

I use a flashcard program called Anki (click to download it) to review. I shamelessly rip the example sentences off of Spanish Dict from its reference articles and from the dictionary (look up a verb like "andar" to get a metric tonne of sentences) into flashcards.
Then, I add some cards (10-20) every day and review every day (reviewing takes precedence if I can only do one, though) and my brain automatically remembers the words over time thanks to the program.
I format my cards like this:
Front:
Las cosas andan muy mal.
- Back:
Things are going badly
Andar = "To go"
That way, the next time I want to remember how to say "The project is going well", I can say "El proyecto anda bien".
Taking the sentences from the dictionary ensures that the sentences in your flashcard deck are correct. No one wants to learn incorrect Spanish.
Ask away. And make sure you provide your own work for us to correct. Hang in there!
Yes, it is memorization. Learnign a language does take considerable effort and considerable time.
