How do you conjugate ''Apetecer''?
I know how to do it when indirect object pronouns are not used, but not when they are used:
- Me apetece/n
- Te apetece/n
- Is it LE or SE?
- Nos apetece/n
- Os apetece/n
- LE/SE apetece/n
I've been reading on this page about how to use the verb, but I haven't got a clear definition.
Is it correct to say that Apetecer with i.o.pronouns is used when talking about food`? AND Apetecer without the i.o.pronouns is used when saying you fancy an object/person/to do something? In this instance, can I use Desear instead of Apetecer?

Le apetece and le apetecen (He/She is in the mood for or craves one thing or many things)
Le apetece un helado vs. Le apetecen los helados.
Les apetece and Les apetecen (They are in the mood for or crave one thing or many things)
Les apetece una pizza vs. Les apetecen unas pizzas.
Note: Se was changed to Le to ease the pronunciation.
Apetecer can mean to be in the mood for/crave/long for/fancy (food or something else, depending on the context).
Me apetece una hamburguesa I crave a hamburger.
Les apeteció un Mercedes Benz y lo compraron. They fancied a Mercedes-Benz so they bought it.
You can also use apetecer followed by a verb in the infinitive, which acts as a direct object.
Nos apeteció ir de compras.
Les apetece salir de vacaciones.
I hope this helps!

Apetecer is conjugated like conocer. The other questions I'm not sure about. My first definition for it is "to crave" so I don't think it means quite the same as "to desire".
