Use of the word "con"

It's great to know a group of people whom I consider to be experts in the Spanish language. Here is a sentence in an article that I just read, "En casi cualquier ciudad latinoamericana, grande o pequeña, te puedes encontrar con el cibercafé." I don't "get" how "con" fits into this sentence. "find (with, by, although) a cybercafe?" Can you help me understand this?

are very common expressions meaning to find or to encounter a place randomly.

Encontrarse con el cibercafé (liones is right, el cibercafé sounds very specific. I would have said un cibercafé). Dar con un cibercafé means to find a cybercafe.
