Pregunta de Averiguar
En todos estos ejemplos de Averiguar para significa "to get by/to manage", se usa "las". Por que? Que represento "las" en estes casos, es necesario?

Averiguárselas o apañárselas does mean to manage to do something as best as you can.
las is short for las cosas.
Averiguar by itself means to find out.
