These addresses include abbreviations. Avda = Avenida just like Ave. = Avenue.
We would say:
20 Infant Isabella Ave., 8th floor, Apartment on the Right
They say:
Avda. Infantada Isabel, 8, dcha
The zip code comes before the city name.
B probably means "bajo" or lower level.
Izq means "izquierda," or left.
In Madrid and other Spanish cities, many buildings only have two apartments on each floor.
In this case the word "Infanta" means "princess" or more correctly "princess royal", who is either married to the heir, or is the heir in her own right (depending on the rules that apply from country to country) The word "princesa" also means "princess", but in this case it is a common or garden princess who cannot ascend the throne. So the name of the street is
"Princess Isabel Avenue No 20, 8th Floor, Right (apartment)"
Avda. = Avenida.
Existen tres abreviaciones distintas para la palabra avenida:
- Av.
- Avd.
- Avda.
