Necesito ir al baño. Wrong spelling does not make for modern Spanish
Necesito ir al baño
This is a correct translation, but in a real social setting nobody is going to announce that they have to go the bathroom; they will just go and have done with it. Upon leaving, I would just say "Ahorita vengo" or "Ahora mismo regreso" or "Con permiso."
I would usually just say "¿Dónde está el baño?".
El baño es en mi cása.
When I lived in Spain (many years ago), in public places it was called "el servicio". Aseo usually meant literally "toilet".
Necesito usar el baño.
The use of the word 'baño' is not universal. When I was in Madrid last summer, everywhere I went, the signs for public washrooms used the word 'aseo'. So when in Spain (at least in Madrid), I would be more likely to say "Tengo que ir al aseo" or "Donde está el aseo." Elsewhere, I have seen the word "servicio" used as well.
Tengo que usar el baño. or. Tengo que ir al baño.
That means I need to go to the bathroom in modern Spanish.
