"At most"= "A todo"

"At most"= "A todo"

Is this also correct? And how is "a todo" used in context in this sense?

Gracias,

Tim

At most: Como máximo, a lo sumo, como mucho or cuando mucho.

César tendrá como máximo 40 años. (César must be at most 40 years old)

Esta diligencia me llevará a lo sumo 10 minutos (This errand will take me at most 10 minutes)

Solía gastar cuando mucho/como mucho $20 por semana (She used to spend at most $20 per week)
