Por aqui Meaning
Does "por aqui" mean "this way"? If so, how does that make sense and when do you use "así'

All the meanings that you gave are correct:
Por aquí:
- This way: Like in "Follow me this way" - Síganme, por aquí.
- (Around) here: Like in "I don't want to see you around here again" - No quiero volver a verte por aquí.
I think it means something like "around here." For example, "It's nice to see you 'around here' again."
I think that the literal translation would be, "through here."
That seems to make sense in the contexts given.
In My dicitonary "por aqui" means here or somwhere here. Whereas "así" means in this way,,,, Not sure of the context for your question.
"Así" means "this way" as in thus and so, while "por aquí" is used with motion through or around a place.
