Can you connect "furthermore" and "por los demás" for me?
What is the plural third person pronoun referring to and what does demás mean?

In the dictionary "por lo demás" means otherwise. Note: lo not los.
Without context it is hard to answer more thoroughly. But maybe something like "as for the rest of (something)".

It normally means otherwise, or furthermore.It can also mean besides or, apart from that. .
