Doodle

Garabato

Cordobesa is the official corrector of the Spanish sentences and since there are many native English speakers here, most of us can offer great suggestions to the English sentences. I will do my best to go through them all, too. Please correct your posts according to Cordobesa's suggestions.

  • ¡Usa tus propias palabras!

Doodles can be very simple or, once in awhile, extravagant and complicated.

The student should study more, but instead of that he draws doodles all the time.

Why do all children like to doodle on walls?

When I was a child, I would doodle on the wall and sign my name. Duh!

My friends used to doodle during our classes, and they also wrote their first names plus the last names of the boys they liked. Maybe I did it, too.

Because doodles are made from our subconscious, there is a lot of scientific research into the hidden messages they contain.

The runic alphabet looks a bit like doodles, but bear in mind that it was very difficult to write in stone, and that the person who did so, would have wanted to leave an important message.

In English, doodle rhymes with noodle and can resemble one.

In this age of computers, it is more difficult to doodle than years ago. Anyway, these days the kids are too busy on their mobile phones!
