(Ella) Quiere que (tú/vos) vayas a la cocina.

Pronouns can be there or not. It can be used for emphatise or give information on who is giving the order to whom if it's not clear.

This is fairly simple.

Te quire. ( The te is very important.) He/she loves you.

Quiere que... ( followed by subjunctive) . He/she wants you ( or other person) to do something, such help you in the kitchen. . Ella quiere que tu le ayude en la cocina. ( I hope that's right)

I think,if you wait longer, gfssggs, you will get more answers. Most people on this site seem to be in the US and answer during our night. h - annierats, Dec 18, 2012

There have been multiple threads on this. Use the search function for "te quiero". Many of the results deal with the difference between "te quiero" and "te amo", but some deal with this concept.

Annie brought out the basics of this. If you want to use "querer" in a request situation, you need to use the subjunctive.
