buen vs bien
Whats the difference?

Buen-Bueno-Buena are all various forms of the adjective ¨Good¨, and must change according to gender and quantity in Spanish.
Bien is equivalent to ¨Fine¨ or ¨Well¨ and is invariate. I.e. it is the same word, since it is modifying a verb.
Buen is used BEFORE the noun it modifies, and it changes the meaning of the situation. Bueno/a is used AFTER the noun. They both mean Good.
Es un buen tipo = he's a good guy...he's okay Es un tipo de cigarro bueno = It's a good type of cigar (you know, the ones from Cuba).
BIEN is an adverb, and means WELL. Not good. And if you don't know the difference between good and well in English, you had better learn it in Spanish, because Spansih speakers DO. And, then, well, you can transfer that knowledge to become a better ENGLISH speaker.
@fuelboy115: In this case, it would be bien.
