En español, picar o pitar los oídos, puede significar que tienes un zumbido en los oídos (Your ears are ringing) usually on a airplane or you may be experiencing an ear-related medical condition like otitis).
Pero si los oídos te pican o pitan, por creencia popular, es porque alguien está hablando de ti (someone is thinking about you is what we say here).
