Cute Geof. And thanks Franco. I'd heard of the boot verbs, but not the sandal ones. (as a name, that is. As a subject, I have a lot of that to review between now and Wednesday's exam)

Verbos de sandalia (no accent over the i in sandalia) are those whose stem changes when conjugated in the preterite. Check out this link.
